HOW TO ORDER

As part of our complimentary and personalised service, we offer assistance in ensuring your dress selections are on point. We can help you find the perfect dress to create a magical OhMy! look. If you are having trouble deciding on the dress or the size please contact us either via email store@ohmycreations.com.au or phone 02 9823 0212 during work hours. 

Once an order is placed, the turnaround time is 8-12 weeks for manufacturing and shipping. When the dress arrives in store it is pressed, checked and sent to the customer. 

HOW TO MEASURE

If your child does not adhere to standard template measurements, then an option would be to "custom" measure the dress style of your choice. For this we require the following measurements given in centimetres (cm).

1. CHEST, 2. WAIST, 3. SHOULDER TO WAIST and 4. WAIST TO FLOOR. 

If your child adheres to a template size, however you are worried that the dress will be too short or too long, you are able to provide us WAIST TO FLOOR measurements, so that the dress of your choice arrives with a certain length. 

When measuring, the tape should be snug, but not tight.
Chest: measured around the circumference of the bust.
Waist: measured around the smallest part which, is nearest to the belly button.
Shoulder-to-waist: measured from the top of the shoulder to the waistline.
Waist to floor: measured directly from the point you left off on the waistline to the floor.

If you wanted the dress to be more extended like a princess look with a hoop-petticoat inside, please make sure to allow additional 4cm to length. Alternatively OhMY!
