Is there a store we can try dresses on?

Yes. There is a store at Shop 11/1267 The Horsley Drive, Wetherill Park in Sydney Australia. We are located in a bridal district of Wetherill Park. Our store operates on assisted fittings and appointments are mandatory. You are able to make a booking though our website www.ohmycreations.store or call 02 9823 0212.

Are all the dresses featured also in store?

No. While we do strive to have an optimal number of styles in our store, the store cannot hold all dresses featured. The store works on best sellers. Each collection runs throughout the year and ends on a three year cycle. Once a cycle finishes we no longer stock the styles in store to keep up with new collections. Those styles can only be ordered online.

When is the best time to order styles of dresses?

Our store works on “off-the-rack” basis and has ample supply of items in stock. However ,if there is a particular style you are after and is not at the store, we then suggest to order 8-12 weeks in advance. Please note all styles are manufactured in Europe and require additional times for shipping. Boys suit styles are not required to be ordered and can be purchased on the spot. Normally we recommend purchasing boys outfits no more than 4 weeks in advance.



Do you custom make for sizes 14 and above?


Yes! While our stock only runs to size 14, we do cater for custom orders over size 14. These orders are made to measure and incur additional costs according to sizing. These orders are also non refundable.

May I take photos in store?

While we did allow customers to take photos in our store, the system has been greatly abused and we have now banned all photography/ facetime in store. All photography of our collections are provided on our website. All customers are encouraged to bring a family member to the appointment to assist you with your selections.

What are your refund and exchange policies?

OhMy! Creations ensures that you are satisfied with your purchase at any time prior and after the transaction. We make ensure your choices have been made with best options to you. Once purchase is put through we DO NOT offer refunds, however we happily offer CREDIT NOTES or exchanges. Please see our full Terms and Conditons for more details.

Do you hire dresses?

No. OhMy! Creations does not hire dresses or any other products for any occasion. Considering this is a children’s store we cannot be responsible for items coming back damaged.

How do I make sure I order the correct size?


Our styles are European made and are quite generous in size, unlike what we are used to in Australia. If your child size is between sizes we recommend you choose a larger size and have the item altered. Stock cannot be returned if you have selected to purchase an item more then the recommended time frame and find that the child has grown out of the style purchased. Also, if your child in not a ‘standard template size’, you are offered a ‘custom measure’ option.

On occasion we have had tall girls in a size 5 dress but in need of additional length. These additions can be made at no extra change to you. However, note that custom dresses cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged. If you have any concerns about choosing the correct size for the child, we encourage you to contact us on (02) 98230212 prior to ordering. We offer measuring assistance to ensure a correct fit.

Fifty Shades of White White or Ivory?

This is a very common question. Note that most of our white designs are photographed in ‘bridal white’, which is more off-white than white. This shade was traditionally called Ivory however, in this day in age has become much lighter and resembles a much more natural white. We now call this a ‘natural’ or ‘bridal white’. Traditional bright whites can also be purchased however we find that ‘bright white’ tends to look blue in photos. If you are unsure about this please call us and we can assist you further.
